Terms of use

These terms govern your access to People Ask Also, including search, exports, accounts, and API use.

Effective date: May 11, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the People Ask Also website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by People Ask Also (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms where presented, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. The Service

People Ask Also helps teams explore People Also Ask–style search intent, organize related questions, and export results for SEO and content workflows. Features may include topic search, bulk CSV upload, geographic and language targeting, depth controls, downloads, dashboards, and programmatic access through our API.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Preview, beta, or sample outputs may not reflect live third-party search data until a production data source is connected for your workspace.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@peopleaskalso.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not intended for children.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow others to:

  • use the Service in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, models, or non-public interfaces except as expressly permitted by our API documentation;
  • interfere with or overload the Service, circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas, or use automated means in a manner that harms other users;
  • upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as allowed by your subscription or a written agreement with us;
  • misrepresent affiliation with People Ask Also or use the Service to send spam, phishing, or deceptive content.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

5. Your content and exports

You retain ownership of queries, uploaded files, labels, and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide support.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload Customer Content and for how you use exports in your own products, publications, and campaigns. Search-related outputs may be derived from third-party sources or models; you must comply with applicable search-engine, advertising, and data-provider terms in your use of those outputs.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by People Ask Also or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms and the EULA, no license is granted to you.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you, provided we do not publicly attribute it to you without consent.

7. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans, credits, and usage limits are described on our pricing pages or order forms. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We may change prices on reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR RANKING, TRAFFIC, OR REVENUE OUTCOME.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEOPLE ASK ALSO AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless People Ask Also and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, risk to the Service or other users, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Material changes apply from the effective date stated. If you continue using the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.

Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.
